Neurodiversity Focused Life Coaching for Young Adults ages 19-30 with ADHD or ASD Level 1

Neurodiversity focused and friendly academic coaching for High School Students. In person coaching and co-working is available at the iP Space in East Toronto. Online coaching is also available.

Neurodiversity friendly and focused academic coaching for Middle School students. Mostly offered in the form of after school coached co-working, but with some options for 1:1 and family coaching offered online and in-person.

interPURPOSE provides several options to work with parents and kids, teens or away-from-home students in college or university. Choose options below for in-person (your home, an agreed location or The Teaching Space) or online coaching (together or from multiple locations).

Connie is a trained life coach, so even if you are not diagnosed with a neurodiversity, but you would like to experience coaching to make choices or improve your experience of life, please feel free to book a session.
